Policies, procedures, terms, rules and conditions are subject to amendment or change at any given time by Mystic Tours (Pvt) Ltd.

General Conditions and Information

Terms of Payment

For cash rentals, a deposit equivalent 120% of estimated charges is payable prior to release of the vehicle and the final adjustments will be made upon completion of the rental.

Taxes

All taxes, parking, fees, etc., when applicable are payable by the renting party.

Weekly Rates

Weekly rates do not include gasoline. However, one full tank is provided at check - out time to be refilled at the renter's expense.

Monthly Rates

Monthly rates are available on request.

Insurance

Rates include coverage of all third party liability together with cover for damage to the Mystic vehicle. In addition, the insurance covers each passenger up to a maximum of Rs. 20,000/= Additional personal accident insurance is available at a nominal charge. All insurance claims are payable in local currency and in Pakistan only.

Charge Card

Visa, American Express and Master Cards accepted.

Other Information

All time and mileage charges commence as of when the vehicle leaves the garage and conclude when the vehicle returns the garage.

Mystic strictly prohibits any person other than their own chauffeur from driving their vehicles.

The chauffeur will drive at a reasonable speed according to his judgment of road conditions and traffic at any particular time. Under no circumstances should the chauffeur be pressured to exceed the posted speed limit.

When a vehicle is rented for a week or longer period, whilst every endeavor will be made for the renter to retain the same car and drive during such period, Mystic reserves the right to substitute any other vehicle or chauffeur according to the exigency of service.

Under no circumstances will the vehicle be driven on unpaved roads. The chauffeur has the authority to refuse requests to drive vehicles on unpaved road.

Identification Requirement

Local Renters - National identification card.

Foreign renters- Passport or identification card.
